1. Services
ScaleupMax provides client acquisition and marketing services including ads management, funnel systems, CRM setup, automation, strategy calls, and reporting. Exact deliverables are defined in the service agreement.
2. Client Responsibilities
Provide accurate information, approvals, and required content.
Pay ad spend directly to Meta/Google platforms.
Maintain timely communication and attend strategy/review calls.
3. Fees & Payment
Retainer fee: As per proposal (payable quarterly in advance).
Ad spend: Paid directly by the client to platforms.
Late or missed payments may pause services.
4. Performance Guarantee
If your firm doesn’t see a steady flow of qualified project inquiries within 90 days, we continue working at no extra retainer fee until you do. (Guarantee applies only if the client follows the agreed process and provides timely inputs.)
5. Intellectual Property
All creatives, funnels, and assets belong to ScaleupMax until full payment is completed.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to keep business data and campaign information private.
7. Limitation of Liability
ScaleupMax is not responsible for indirect losses such as lost revenue or business interruption.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Outstanding fees must be cleared before termination.
