The terms that govern our work together.
1. Services
ScaleupMax offers client acquisition and marketing services including ads management, funnel systems, CRM setup, automation, strategy calls, and reporting.
2. Client Responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information and approvals, pay ad spend directly to Meta/Google, and maintain communication with scheduled calls.
3. Fees & Payment
Retainer fees are charged quarterly in advance per proposal. Ad spend is paid directly by the client to platforms. Late payments may pause services.
4. Performance Guarantee
If your firm doesn't see a steady flow of qualified project inquiries within 90 days, we continue working at no extra retainer fee until you do, provided clients follow agreed processes.
5. Intellectual Property
All creative materials, funnels, and assets remain with ScaleupMax until full payment completion.
6. Confidentiality
Both parties must maintain privacy regarding business data and campaign information.
7. Limitation of Liability
ScaleupMax disclaims responsibility for indirect losses including revenue loss or business disruption.
8. Termination
Either party may terminate with 30 days written notice. Outstanding fees must be settled before termination completion.
